
The Account Growth Representative (AGR) is a relationship-focused B2B sales role dedicated to cultivating, growing, and retaining business with a portfolio of converted dealers—those already enrolled in our program. The AGR is mainly responsible for driving post-conversion success: increasing product adoption, boosting average purchase volumes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our solutions and services.
- Own and expand a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and maintaining target average sales per account to support long-term client value.
- Drive strategic account engagement through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and tailored follow-ups—focusing on high-impact partners like Pool Pros.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual quotas by uncovering growth potential within existing accounts and converting qualified leads into scalable opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through needs-based outreach via phone, email, and other digital channels to deepen account penetration.
- Engage with a structured lead pipeline and assigned call lists to connect with key business decision-makers, uncover unmet needs, and cultivate lasting partnerships.
- Serve as a consultative product expert, guiding customers through our suite of B2B offerings, promotional programs, and business solutions.
- Monitor market and competitive trends to position products and services effectively and provide value-added insights to clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and track conversions, ensuring high accountability and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, performance metrics, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and customer planning.
- 4+ years of experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or customer facing job.
- Experience with selling or marketing to customers.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and active listening skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to thrive with repetition.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in specified targeted customer companies.
- Ability to understand service, repair, and renovation company business model and needs.
- Proficient with CRM software and other sales technology tools.
- Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience troubleshooting and installing swimming pool products is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of Fluidra products and swimming pool equipment is a plus.
