
Fluidra is looking for a Customer for Life Advocate to join our team in Atlanta, GA (near airport).
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Responsible for providing high-quality support to distributors and dealers by addressing inquiries related to product pricing and availability, order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. This role also supports order corrections such as credits and rebills and partners closely with the Order Trafficking team to obtain accurate ETAs for customer deliveries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at problem-solving and customer communication. Additionally, you will:
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service via phone and email to distributors and dealers.
- Process accommodation orders and demo product requests, ensuring accurate tracking for both ground and LTL shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies including product shortages, overages, and mis-shipments in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage customer returns, including overstock and freight damage claims, following company policies.
- Assist in credit and rebill processing for pricing or terms discrepancies.
- Support distributor customers’ vendor claims with processing whole goods, warranty credits, and product replacements as needed.
- Partner with the Order Trafficking team to secure and communicate delivery ETAs.
- CFL Advocates (Customer Fulfillment Liaisons) serve as key contacts for managing escalated fulfillment issues, providing advanced support across multiple customer touchpoints and resolving complex order or shipment scenarios.
- Function as backup support for regionalized Customer Sales Specialists as needed.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Must have at least 1 year of experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- Call center customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to type 50 WPM.
EDUCATION
High school education or equivalent.
