Join Fluidra as our Manager, Commercial Analytics and help turn data into decisions that drive a $1B+ commercial business across North America. Based in Atlanta, GA (near the airport), this high-visibility leadership role, you'll lead a team of analysts and deliver the dashboards, reporting, and insights that guide executive decision-making. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams, you'll transform complex data into actionable business intelligence that drives growth and performance. Lets Go Beyond the Surface.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
We are looking for a Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead our team of commercial analysts. You will serve as the voice of the numbers for our North America revenue organization. When leadership asks how many dealers we gained, which channel is growing, or whether a program is delivering, your team's work is the answer. Working with Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel, you will turn commercial data into dashboards, recurring reporting, and executive insight. Your work will steer a North America commercial business with sales volume exceeding $1B.
This is a high-visibility, player-coach role at the center of our commercial organization. You will build dashboards and analysis hands-on while developing your team. Expert-level Power BI and Excel skills are essential to how the work gets done here. You will partner directly with sales leadership, Trade Marketing, Finance, and our global data teams. Your work will be read and acted on by executives every week. We are building our analytics function around a simple standard: leaders trust the numbers, understand what is driving them, and know what to do next. You will own that standard, and you will develop the team that delivers it.Additionally, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial analysts, setting priorities and owning the quality of everything the team publishes.
- Build hands-on: personally develop dashboards, data models, and analysis in Power BI and Excel alongside your team.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting and narratives for sales leadership and executives: what happened, why, and the recommended action.
- Own dashboard development and recurring reporting across sales performance, dealer and rep performance, and initiative and program performance.
- Continuously improve the depth, usability, and reach of data insights delivered to commercial teams.
- Develop deep understanding of Fluidra's data: definitions, sources, and correct usage. Build the level of data intimacy that makes you and your team the subject-matter experts in commercial analytics for Fluidra.
- Define and steward metric definitions so performance is measured consistently across every report, region, and platform.
- Manage the intake of incoming data and reporting requests through a workflow tool such as Jira or Smartsheet, with clear prioritization and stakeholder visibility.
- Maintain the recurring reporting calendar to ensure every deliverable ships on time, every cycle.
- Validate output before it ships: reconcile results against known business scale, confirm matched comparison periods, and resolve surprises before they reach an executive.
- Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from commercial and executive stakeholders with fast, validated answers.
- Partner with our global data infrastructure teams to source new datasets that expand our reporting and measurement capabilities.
WHAT WE SEEK
- 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales analytics, revenue operations, or FP&A supporting go-to-market teams.
- Demonstrated leadership of analysts through direct management, mentoring, or leading and reviewing the analytical work of others. Ready to step into formal team leadership.
- Genuine curiosity in data and a drive to understand what the numbers mean for the business, demonstrated by analysis that changed real decisions.
- Expert-level Power BI (including DAX and semantic models) and expert-level Excel; working SQL in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse. This is a hands-on building role.
- Strong validation discipline: you reconcile results against business reality and catch errors before they publish.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor insight to field, manager, and executive audiences.
- Experience managing request intake and reporting cadences with tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
Preferred
- Formal people-management experience.
- Experience in B2B channel, distribution, aftermarket, or dealer-network businesses.
- Loyalty, rebate, or incentive program analytics.
- Experience partnering with globally managed data platforms in a matrixed organization.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
