About the role

As a Service Technician, you'll provide on-site technical support to customers, diagnosing and repairing pool and spa equipment.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing pool and spa equipment on-site
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electronic faults
• Managing vehicle stock and spare parts to maximise first-time fixes
• Providing technical advice and professional customer service
• Completing quotes, service reports, repair records and payment processing
• Maintaining your company vehicle, tools and equipment

What we're looking for

• Experience in the pool industry, or similar technical, mechanical or electrical field
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and electronic fault-finding skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Current Class C Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Restricted Electrical Licence is highly regarded
