The role

As our Customer Service Superstar, you will act as a first point of contact with the opportunity to create and transform our customer’s experience.

In detail you will:

• Manage incoming calls, chats and customer service enquiries
• Provide technical support to our end users
• Learn new troubleshooting and product information on the job
• Schedule Technicians for onsite technical resolution
• Initiate warranty orders through our system
• Ensure all WHS and industry standards are met and followed
