The role
As our Customer Service Superstar, you will act as a first point of contact with the opportunity to create and transform our customer’s experience.
In detail you will:

Manage incoming calls, chats and customer service enquiries

Provide technical support to our end users

Learn new troubleshooting and product information on the job

Schedule Technicians for onsite technical resolution

Initiate warranty orders through our system

Ensure all WHS and industry standards are met and followed
