IT Consultant - Salesforce

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into high-quality functional designs across Fluidra’s global Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Experience Cloud.

This role works as a senior contributor within the Global Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting the global template, ensuring consistency across regions, and driving alignment between business needs and Salesforce capabilities.

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst reports to the Global Salesforce Functional Lead and acts as a key partner to business process owners, technical teams, and implementation partners, ensuring scalable, standardized, and high-quality solutions across the entire Lead-to-Cash and Service lifecycle.

 

Main Assignments:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Fluidra’s global Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Support the definition and evolution of the global Salesforce template, promoting standardization, scalability, and reuse across regions and business units.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to the alignment between Salesforce capabilities and global business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Issue-to-Resolution, Field Service, Customer Engagement).
  • Engage directly with global business stakeholders and process owners to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to map business needs to standardized Salesforce solutions.
  • Promote standardized, value-driven solutions and challenge unnecessary local customizations.
  • Contribute to the Salesforce functional roadmap by providing analysis, options, and recommendations.
  • Act as a senior reference point for other Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
  • Produce and maintain consistent documentation, user stories, process flows, and functional deliverables.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5–7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in similar functional Salesforce roles
  • Proven experience contributing to end-to-end Salesforce implementations as a Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience across at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
  • Experience working in global, multi-entity, or multi-region environments
  • Demonstrated experience engaging business stakeholders and writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Appreciated:

Master’s degree

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant)

Additional certifications in CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud

 

Skills:

  • Solid functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong requirements analysis, process modelling, and systems thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills (user stories, process flows, functional specifications)
  • Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic, standardized solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail mindset
  • Ability to operate autonomously in complex, fast-paced, global environments

 

Experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ) and pricing processes

Experience with Field Service implementations

Experience with Marketing Cloud and customer engagement journeys

Exposure to AI capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Agentforce)

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
