Fluidra’s looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Port Saint Lucie, FL.

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

In this position you will service all Fluidra products in a timely, accurate and professional manner with an emphasis on customer care while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to provide training and support of Aqua Products when needed. Additionally, you will: 

  • Schedule service calls, perform service calls, and manage calls in an organized fashion.
  • Educate dealers and pool owners on proper product installation, operation, maintenance and service
  • Deliver product training seminars as requested by dealers and Fluidra sales managers
  • Instruct dealers on Fluidra’s warranty guidelines and claims processing procedures
  • Represent Fluidra at local and national trade shows and seminars, in conjunction with Fluidra sales and marketing personnel
  • Work closely with Fluidra sales managers to help promote Fluidra products and services
  • Up to 75% travel

 

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Valid driver’s license

 

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
