
Fluidra is looking for an Order Traffic Coordinator – East to join our team in Portland, TN.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Order Traffic Coordinator is responsible for liaising between the Customer Experience and Operations teams, facilitating order shipments in accordance with Fluidra Customer Service guidelines and procedures. This role is responsible for order management including moving orders/order lines and prioritizing orders/order lines that increase in urgency and providing feedback to internal customers on order statuses. This role will work closely with warehouses to help prioritize orders based on customer urgency. Additionally, you will:
- Field inquiries from the Customer Operations team in regard to order expediting and availability, setting expectations they can accurately relay to customers.
- Review the daily Open Orders report to determine which orders cannot be shipped completely within an acceptable time frame and communicate those to the Customer Operations leaders.
- Communicate regularly with Production Schedulers, Materials Managers and Shipping/Logistics Managers to obtain accurate product availability information.
- Respond to daily requests from Shipping to adjust orders, particularly for large orders that must include multiple deliveries.
- Process customer requests for custom freight quotes.

WHAT WE SEEK
- Polished and professional communication skills, positive attitude, cheerful disposition.
- Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment in the process of scheduling orders.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics.
- High school diploma required.
- At least some college education preferred.
REQUIRED
- Must have 5+ years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment; familiarity with production and shipping processes a plus.
- Must be able to travel up to once a month to other manufacturing sites.
- Knowledge of Epicor a plus.
- Must be able to type 50 WPM.
- Possess a technical aptitude.
- High school education or equivalent.
