FLUIDRA

Join Fluidra as our Director, Revenue Growth Management and build a best-in-class RGM capability for North America. Based in Atlanta, GA (near the airport), this is a unique opportunity to influence executive decision-making, establish commercial guardrails, and unlock profitable growth through pricing excellence, customer profitability, portfolio optimization, and data-driven strategy. Let’s Go Beyond the Surface.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Fluidra is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to build and lead the RGM capability for North America. Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Excellence, and working with Fluidra’s global RGM team, this leader will own the regional commercial-economic agenda across pricing, gross-to-net, rebates, discounts, trade investments, promotions, portfolio mix and profitability management. This Director will turn market, customer and financial insights into clear guardrails and actionable initiatives that improve net revenue, margin, cash flow and return on commercial investment. Additionally, you will:

  • Set RGM strategy and build the capability
    • Own the North America RGM strategy, capability roadmap and multi-year value creation agenda aligned with Fluidra’s strategic and financial priorities.
    • Establish the regional operating model, including roles, routines, decision rights, approval thresholds and commercial guardrails.
    • Lead and develop the RGM team, coordinate financial analytical support across Commercial Excellence, Finance and Data & Analytics, and build RGM fluency through training, tools and playbooks.

  • Lead end-to-end pricing excellence
    • Own pricing strategy, architecture and execution across categories, channels and customer segments, including list and net pricing, new-product pricing, after-sales pricing and annual price actions.
    • Apply value-based pricing, elasticity and competitive analysis, and price corridors. Monitor price realization and leakage, and lead corrective action when results fall below plan.
  • Optimize rebates, trade investment and promotions
    • Own the design and optimization of rebate programs, customer incentives, discounts and promotions, with clear segmentation, performance-based structures and economic hurdles.
    • Partner with Marketing, Channel Activation and Sales to direct investment toward the programs, customers and channels that deliver the greatest incremental volume, margin and strategic value.
  • Partner with Finance on controls and value tracking
    • Serve as business owner for rebate-management requirements, and partner with Finance and Commercial Operations on contract execution, accruals, payment controls and post-program ROI.
    • Ensure material exceptions are supported by documented economics and approval, and track the value delivered by RGM initiatives.

  • Establish commercial decision governance
    • Define RGM decision rights, approval thresholds, commercial guardrails and escalation paths across pricing, discounts, rebates, promotions and customer investments.
    • Ensure material exceptions are supported by documented economics, strategic rationale, accountable approval and a post-investment review.
  • Drive portfolio and mix improvement
    • Identify mix, assortment, premiumization and lifecycle opportunities by category, customer and channel.
    • Partner with Product and Category Management, Marketing and Sales on portfolio choices, launch economics and rationalization decisions.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Experience. 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Strategy, Finance or related functions, ideally in B2B, B2B2C, consumer durables, industrial products, distribution-intensive businesses, aftermarket ecosystems or FMCG.
  • Capability building. Demonstrated experience building, scaling or transforming an RGM, pricing or commercial-profitability capability, including governance, routines, tools and organizational adoption.
  • Commercial economics. Proven ownership of pricing, gross-to-net, rebates, trade investment, customer profitability or related commercial-economic levers, with a record of delivering measurable revenue and margin improvement.
  • Channel complexity. Experience managing distributor, dealer, national-account, retail or other indirect-channel economics and translating customer-level insights into commercial action.
  • Leadership and change. Experience building or transforming an RGM, pricing or commercial-profitability capability, leading teams and driving adoption across functions. Confident executive communicator who influences without authority.
  • Analytical and financial acumen. Advanced capability in pricing, profitability, scenario modeling, business-case development and value-realization tracking. Ability to translate complex analytics into practical customer, channel and portfolio decisions.
  • Technology and data. Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel or similar analytical tools; familiarity with pricing, trade-promotion or rebate-management platforms with commercial controls and accruals preferred.
  • Travel. Ability to travel 15–20%, occasionally internationally.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
