Support the execution of the Change Management strategy a, aligned with Fluidra’s Change framework
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring key stakeholders are informed, involved, and committed.
- Conduct and maintain Change Impact Assessments, translating impacts into clear mitigation actions.
- Define and execute communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with leadership narrative.

Support the design and rollout of training strategies, in coordination with IT and business teams.
- Monitor change readiness and adoption, identifying risks and defining corrective actions.

Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business teams, key users .
- Stakeholder mapping and ongoing engagement tracking
- Change impact analysis and mitigation planning
- Development of communication content (presentations, newsletters, key messages)
- Support training needs analysis and training plan coordination
- Facilitation of workshops (vision, alignment, readiness, adoption)
- Preparation of reporting materials (e.g., transformation scorecards, status updates)
- Tracking adoption metrics and change KPIs
- Supporting Go-Live readiness and post-Go-Live sustainability activities
- +5 years of experience in Change Management, ideally within large-scale transformation programs
- Proven experience in ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus)
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations

Understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales)
- Hands-on experience in communications, training, and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, business-friendly messages
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset
