The Workstream Leader Operations is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the SAP in the areas of Production Planning & Execution, Plant Maintenance and Quality Management aligned with FLUIDRA IT strategy defined and according to the internal procedures.
The assignment includes both the deployment of new capabilities in the area as well as the maintenance and evolution of the existing ones. The role holder acts as a team leader, resource planner and coordinating internal and external team members involved in the multiple projects within his / her domain.
Main Assignments:
- Manage the internal and external Team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure that the team is aligned with the FLUIDRA's IT strategy and objectives.
- Actively participate in the Project implementations where the area is involved.
- Estimate the efforts, workload and costs within the area and track the budget.
- Lead and perform the application support in the area.
- Define and implement FLUIDRA’s vision and strategy within the following SAP areas: PP/PM/QM.
- Act as the key point of contact for the business counterparts (Business Process Owner - BPO), as well as other global and local IT colleagues.
- Work closely with the BPOs and advise them in the most appropriate solutions to the Company needs and participate in the mid-term route map proposal in the area.
- Deliver the SAP PP/PM/QM roadmap in scope, on time, and on budget.

- FLUIDRA’s IT SAP PP/PM/QM Roadmap.
- FLUIDRA’s SAP S/4 HANA roadmap.
- Scope definition for the projects within the area of responsibility.
- Implementation and Deployment Roadmap and Strategy for the projects in scope
- Assessment of IT solutions, and support to business case generation.
Required:
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology systems security, or similar field (advanced degree preferred).

The Workstream Leader Operations must be an expert in his domain with a track record of competency in any of these fields of SAP and related technologies linked to the area of responsibility and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including global programs / organizations.
