We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding service, and help drive performance at our Molendinar branch.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver outstanding service and technical advice to trade customers (training provided)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Manage orders, returns, credits, payments and customer enquiries via phone and email
• Liaise with warehouse, technicians, sales and accounts teams to support daily operations
• Maintain product displays, stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of orders
• Monitor key performance metrics and support sales promotions and upselling initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or sales (pool industry experience highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships across internal departments
• Well-organised, detail-focused and able to perform under pressure
• Dependable, trustworthy and self-driven
• Comfortable working autonomously in an isolated role with minimal direction
• Confident using systems (e.g. M3 or similar ERP tools)
